As a Medicare Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals understand and select the best Medicare plans to meet their healthcare needs. This remote, full-time contract opportunity allows you to guide Medicare-eligible clients through the plan selection process, leveraging inbound leads and advanced digital tools from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and web callback requests from clients seeking guidance on Medicare options.
- Utilize a comprehensive quote-and-enroll platform to assess client needs and recommend suitable Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans.
- Ensure complete compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations during each client interaction and enrollment process.
- Accurately complete and submit electronic applications (e-apps) and maintain thorough documentation in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up with clients on pending applications to maximize policy placement and support retention through renewals.
- Strive to exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities to stay current on Medicare regulations and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, empathetic manner.
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital platforms and the ability to navigate multiple web tools while engaging with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed personal targets.
- Current authorization to work in the United States as a 1099 independent contractor.

Work Schedule
- Core business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (local time).
