Are you seeking a rewarding remote opportunity in the insurance industry where you help seniors make informed Medicare decisions? As a Medicare Sales Agent (sometimes referred to as Medicare Insurance Agent), you will leverage your phone-based sales or customer service experience to guide clients through complex Medicare options. This is a contract, work-from-home position that offers the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in a growing national brokerage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone calls and web callback requests from Medicare-eligible individuals, providing expert guidance in a professional manner.
- Assist clients in understanding and selecting suitable Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D prescription drug plans using the company’s proprietary quote-and-enroll platform.
- Ensure all applications are submitted in full Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance, and maintain thorough, accurate notes within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Perform timely follow-up on pending business to maximize placement rates and foster long-term client relationships, including renewals.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center, or customer service roles.
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple web-based tools and platforms during live calls.
- Self-motivated with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals independently.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor.

Schedule and Compensation Structure
