As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in helping Medicare-eligible clients understand and enroll in the best Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans available to them. This remote, full-time, contract opportunity allows you to support seniors nationwide from the comfort of your home office, utilizing your phone-based sales and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callbacks from prospective Medicare clients seeking assistance with their health coverage options.
- Guide clients through available Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans, leveraging an intuitive quote-and-enroll technology platform.
- Ensure all applications are submitted in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations and document client interactions within the designated CRM system.
- Follow up on pending applications to maximize successful enrollments and renewals, providing ongoing support and building strong client relationships.
- Participate in training sessions and onboarding modules to remain current with industry standards, product updates, and best practices in Medicare sales.
- Mentor new team members and act as a resource as your experience and results grow, contributing to a culture of learning and advancement within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service roles is highly beneficial for success as a Medicare Sales Agent.
- Comfortable using multiple web-based tools and platforms while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States as a 1099 contractor.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a client-focused approach are essential.
