As a Medicare Sales Agent (Remote), you will play a vital role in assisting Medicare-eligible individuals in making informed decisions about their health insurance coverage. This full-time, remote position is ideal for self-motivated professionals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a goal-driven environment. As part of a national insurance brokerage, you will work independently and be supported by a strong infrastructure designed to maximize your success through a steady stream of inbound leads and robust training resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking guidance on their insurance options.
- Utilize a comprehensive quote-and-enroll platform to help clients compare and select the most appropriate Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Medicare Part D plans.
- Ensure all electronic applications (e-apps) are completed accurately and in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations and company protocols.
- Log detailed notes and maintain client records within the designated customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up on outstanding applications and pending business to maximize policy placement rates and renewals.
- Mentor and support new representatives once production goals are achieved, contributing to team growth and advancement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center, or customer service roles is highly valued.
- Comfort and proficiency in navigating multiple web-based tools and platforms while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Strong self-motivation with a proven ability to set and surpass personal sales targets.
- Authorization to work in the United States as an independent contractor (1099 status).

Schedule
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm local time, with optional evenings and Saturdays available to increase lead flow and earning potential.
