Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible individuals seeking guidance on their healthcare options.
- Utilize a user-friendly quote-and-enroll platform to identify and recommend appropriate Medicare plans based on each client's needs.
- Complete and submit electronic applications (e-apps) in accordance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance requirements, ensuring all client interactions are thoroughly documented in the CRM system.
- Follow up on pending applications to maximize policy placements and renewals, contributing to both client satisfaction and your ongoing success.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare products and regulations by participating in provided training sessions and staying engaged with ongoing education.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service roles preferred.
- Comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously while engaging with clients.
- Demonstrated self-motivation with a proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a 1099 independent contractor is required.
