We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medicare Sales Agent to join our national brokerage team remotely. As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in guiding Medicare-eligible individuals through the complexities of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans. Working in a remote, full-time capacity, you will leverage inbound leads and a robust technology platform to educate, enroll, and support clients across the country. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients, providing clear and accurate information about plan options.
- Utilize a user-friendly quote and enrollment platform to guide clients through the plan selection and application process.
- Ensure all enrollments are completed in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations and company policies.
- Document client interactions and application statuses in the provided Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Follow up with clients on pending applications to maximize enrollment success and future renewal opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service roles.
- Comfortable using multiple web-based tools simultaneously while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping others and achieving personal sales targets.
- Authorized to work as a 1099 contractor in the United States.
Schedule and Tools Provided
- Core Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm local time, with optional evenings and Saturdays for additional lead flow.
- Company-Provided Resources: Access to a steady flow of inbound leads, national carrier contracts, an electronic application (e-app) platform, CRM, compliance support, E&O coverage, and regular direct deposit compensation.
