Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web-based callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking assistance with their healthcare plan options.
- Guide clients through the selection of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans using a comprehensive quote-and-enroll platform, ensuring all advice is compliant with CMS regulations.
- Submit electronic applications (e-apps) accurately and maintain detailed records in the CRM system to ensure a seamless client experience and compliance with industry standards.
- Follow up on pending business to maximize enrollment placement and secure renewal opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center, or customer service roles is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with multitasking and navigating multiple web tools simultaneously while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed personal and organizational goals.
- Authorization to work as a 1099 contractor in the United States is required.
Tools and Schedule
- Core Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am – 6 pm in your local time zone. Additional evening and Saturday hours are available for those seeking extra lead opportunities.
