Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web-based callbacks from Medicare-eligible individuals seeking plan guidance.
- Educate and advise clients on suitable Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D options using the company’s digital enrollment tools.
- Ensure compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations during all client interactions and application submissions.
- Submit electronic applications (e-apps) and record thorough notes in the CRM.
- Follow up on pending cases to maximize policy placement and renewal opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple online tools while communicating with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Authorized to work in the United States as a 1099 contractor.
Schedule & Tools Provided
- Core Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (local time); additional evening or Saturday hours available for increased lead flow.
- Support Provided: Consistent lead flow, access to national insurance carriers, digital application platform, CRM system, compliance training, and errors & omissions (E&O) coverage.
- Weekly direct deposit payments based on commission structure.
