We are seeking a driven and compassionate Medicare Sales Agent to join our national brokerage team. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for individuals based in Boston or anywhere in the U.S. who are passionate about helping Medicare-eligible individuals navigate their healthcare options. As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in guiding seniors through the process of selecting the Medicare plans that best fit their needs, all while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities of the Medicare Sales Agent
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking plan information and enrollment assistance.
- Guide clients through available Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans using a user-friendly quote-and-enroll platform.
- Complete electronic applications (e-apps) in full compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) regulations, and accurately log client interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct timely follow-up on pending applications and provide support to maximize successful enrollments and renewals.

Tools and Schedule
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm in your local time zone, with optional evening and Saturday hours for increased lead flow and income potential.
- Resources provided include a steady flow of inbound leads, access to national carrier contracts, an electronic application platform, customer relationship management (CRM) software, compliance support, and E&O insurance coverage.
