Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking plan guidance.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans using specialized quote and enrollment platforms.
- Complete electronic applications in full compliance with CMS regulations and accurately document interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Proactively follow up on pending applications to maximize placement rates and ensure clients receive timely assistance.
- Stay current with Medicare plan options, industry regulations, and compliance best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service roles is highly beneficial.
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based platforms simultaneously while communicating effectively with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping others and achieving targets.
- Authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor (1099).
Work Schedule and Tools Provided
- Core Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in your local time zone, with optional evening and Saturday shifts for additional lead flow.
- Provided Resources: Access to a steady stream of quality leads, contracts with national carriers, digital application platforms, CRM software, and compliance and E&O coverage.
