Medicare Sales Agent (Remote, Full-time) – San Diego, CAWe are seeking a dedicated Medicare Sales Agent to join our national brokerage team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting seniors as they navigate their Medicare options, enrolling them in plans that best meet their needs. Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound calls and web inquiries from Medicare-eligible individuals, providing expert guidance on available Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans.
- Utilize the company’s quote-and-enroll platform to present plan options and assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage.
- Accurately complete electronic applications in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
- Document all client interactions and application progress in the company’s CRM system to ensure thorough record-keeping and follow-up.
- Follow up on pending applications and maintain ongoing communication with clients to maximize enrollments and renewal opportunities.
- Participate in paid training to obtain necessary state and federal licensing, and stay current with industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Leverage inbound, pre-qualified leads provided by the company, focusing on enrollment conversion and exceptional customer service.
- Optionally, build and lead a micro-team to expand your earning potential through override income.
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, navigate multiple web tools, and manage client conversations simultaneously.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to exceed performance targets.
- Must be a U.S. resident authorized to work as a 1099 contractor.
- Work remotely from any location in San Diego, CA with a secure internet connection.
- Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm local time, with optional evenings and Saturdays for additional lead flow.
- Company provides pre-qualified lead flow, access to national carrier contracts, an electronic application platform, CRM, compliance and E&O coverage, and weekly direct-deposit pay.
