Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking assistance with their healthcare options.
- Guide clients through the selection of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plans using advanced quoting and enrollment technology.
- Complete electronic applications in accordance with CMS compliance standards and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on pending business to maximize enrollments and renewal opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on Medicare products and compliance regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service is highly valued.
- Strong multitasking skills, including the ability to navigate multiple web tools while engaging in real-time conversations.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the drive to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Authorization to work as a 1099 contractor in the United States.
Schedule & Compensation Overview
- Core Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm in your local time zone, with optional evenings and Saturdays for additional lead flow.
- Compensation: Commission-based structure with the potential for significant earnings per enrollment and lifetime renewals.
- Weekly Direct Deposit: Reliable and timely payment for your enrollments and renewals.
