Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web inquiries from Medicare-eligible clients seeking plan information and enrollment support.
- Guide clients through Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plan options using a user-friendly quote and enrollment platform.
- Ensure all applications are submitted in accordance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance standards.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to assist with pending applications, address questions, and maximize placement and renewal opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service is highly valued.
- Demonstrated proficiency in navigating multiple web-based tools while engaging clients in conversation.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed personal and organizational targets.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. as a 1099 contractor.
Schedule and Resources Provided
- Core working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am–6 pm in your local time zone, with evening and Saturday hours available for those seeking additional lead flow.
- All necessary resources are provided, including a steady lead flow, national carrier contracts, a secure e-application platform, CRM access, compliance and E&O coverage, and weekly direct-deposit pay.
