Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking assistance with Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans.
- Guide clients through plan comparisons using a proprietary quoting and enrollment platform, ensuring all recommendations are tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Submit electronic applications with full compliance to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, accurately documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on pending applications to maximize placement rates and ensure policy renewals for clients.
- Participate in training sessions, including self-paced modules and live virtual bootcamps, to stay up-to-date on products, compliance requirements, and sales techniques.
- Mentor new Medicare Sales Agents as opportunities arise, supporting team growth and advancement within the organization.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently navigate multiple web-based tools and CRM platforms while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a 1099 independent contractor.
