Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients, providing clear and accurate information on available Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable plan to meet their healthcare and financial needs using an easy-to-navigate digital platform.
- Ensure all enrollments are submitted in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, maintaining accurate records and client notes in the CRM.
- Follow up on pending enrollments to maximize placement rates and ensure a smooth client experience, which also enhances renewal opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training and compliance updates to maintain licensure and stay informed on changes in Medicare offerings and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service is highly valued.
- Comfortable working with multiple web-based tools and platforms while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed set targets independently.
- Authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor (1099 status).
Schedule and Provided Tools
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am–6 pm (local time), with optional evenings and Saturdays for additional lead opportunities.
- All necessary tools are provided, including lead flow, national carrier access, e-application platform, CRM, compliance support, and weekly direct deposit pay.
