Key Responsibilities for Medicare Sales Advisors
- Answer inbound calls and online inquiries from seniors and other Medicare-eligible clients.
- Guide each client through available Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans using proprietary quote-and-enroll technology.
- Submit electronic applications in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, ensuring accurate record-keeping in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on pending applications to maximize conversion rates and policy renewals.
Qualifications for Success
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service is highly valued.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple web-based tools and systems simultaneously while communicating with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed personal performance targets.
- Must be a resident of the United States and authorized to work as an independent contractor (1099 status).
Schedule and Support Tools
- Core Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time, with optional evenings and Saturdays available for additional lead flow.
- Provided Resources: Access to a steady stream of inbound leads, national carrier partnerships, electronic application platforms, CRM technology, compliance support, errors and omissions insurance, and weekly direct deposit payments.
