Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to web callbacks from individuals seeking assistance with Medicare plans.
- Use a digital quote-and-enroll platform to guide clients through their Medicare options, ensuring they understand the advantages and details of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans.
- Submit electronic applications (e-apps) in accordance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance guidelines and accurately record all interactions and notes in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Follow up with clients on pending applications and outstanding documentation to maximize enrollment placement and policy renewals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Medicare regulations, plan options, and compliance requirements to provide accurate information and service to clients.
- Work independently as a contractor, managing your daily schedule to take full advantage of available lead flow and maximize earnings.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service roles is highly preferred for success in this Medicare Sales Agent position.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, such as navigating web tools while engaging clients on calls.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of setting and achieving performance goals in a sales or customer service environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States as an independent 1099 contractor.
