Key Responsibilities

- Educate clients on the features and benefits of various Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans using a proprietary quote-and-enroll platform.
- Ensure all enrollments are completed accurately and in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
- Document client interactions and enrollment details in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up on pending cases to maximize policy placement and renewal opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare products, compliance requirements, and technology tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service is highly valued.
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based tools and platforms while communicating effectively with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed personal goals.
- Authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor (1099 status).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in all client interactions.

Work Schedule
