Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound calls and web-generated leads from individuals seeking guidance on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D prescription drug plans.
- Utilize a proprietary quote-and-enroll platform to compare plan options and recommend suitable solutions tailored to each client's healthcare needs.
- Ensure all applications are completed accurately and submitted in compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
- Document client interactions thoroughly within the customer relationship management (CRM) system for ongoing case management and compliance tracking.
- Follow up on pending applications to maximize successful enrollments and maintain high placement rates.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with Medicare regulations and carrier product offerings.
- Mentor new advisors once established, contributing to team growth and earning additional compensation opportunities.
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service roles is highly valuable.
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple digital platforms and web tools while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients.
- Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset; able to set and achieve personal performance targets.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a 1099 independent contractor is required.
- Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in your local time zone, with optional evenings and Saturdays available for those seeking additional lead flow.
- All necessary technology and resources are provided, including access to a steady stream of inbound leads, contracts with national insurance carriers, an electronic application platform, CRM software, and compliance support.
- Weekly direct deposit payment structure ensures timely compensation for your efforts.
