Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking assistance with their health insurance options.
- Guide clients through the selection of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans using a comprehensive quote-and-enroll platform, ensuring all recommendations align with clients' needs.
- Submit electronic applications in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines and maintain accurate records within the provided Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Follow up on pending business to maximize placement rates and ensure clients are fully supported throughout the enrollment process and beyond.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple web-based tools simultaneously while interacting with clients in a professional and efficient manner.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Must be a U.S. resident and authorized to work as a 1099 contractor.

Work Schedule
