• Escorting patients to the exam room
• Recording patients and vitals
• Accessing and uploading medical records
• Ensuring all documentation accurately reflects the patient encounter and plan of care
• Checking insurance eligibility
• Administering injections
• Sterilizing and maintaining exam rooms and instruments
• Assisting providers with procedures
