Our marketing team is seeking a Digital Media Operations Specialist (Contract) to join our dynamic group. This position is available as a remote opportunity or can be based in Memphis, offering flexibility for qualified candidates. The Digital Media Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring campaigns launch on schedule with precise tracking and successful delivery. This role provides valuable experience in the digital advertising sector and an opportunity to work with advanced tools and platforms that drive campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage digital advertising campaign structures using Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and Integral Ad Science (IAS).
- Create and maintain naming conventions and taxonomies for new ad placements to ensure campaign consistency and organization.
- Upload, rename, and traffic creative assets, maintaining asset organization and accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Manage execution grids and maintain detailed records of platform-level campaign attributes and timelines.
- Implement audience targeting strategies and set up ad placements within digital advertising platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks before and after campaign launches to ensure accuracy, tracking integrity, and adherence to requirements.
- Monitor live campaigns, make necessary adjustments such as pausing or swapping creative assets, and refine processes based on campaign performance insights and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional media teams to ensure campaign readiness, data consistency, and smooth workflow integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital media operations or a closely related field.
- Strong working proficiency with Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
- Familiarity with key paid media concepts, including search engine marketing (SEM), attribution, pixel placement, and tag enablement.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas to automate documentation tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Comfortable managing advertising workflows and conducting QA processes across multiple digital platforms.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Integral Ad Science (IAS) and YouTube advertising platforms.
- Exposure to AI-driven media activation within Google Ads.
- Previous experience in an agency or high-volume campaign environment.
