Master Scheduler (IMS) - Summary
- Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules for complex defense and aerospace development programs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, update, and control Integrated Master Schedules across all phases of complex weapons development programs.
- Manage schedule logic, task dependencies, resource allocations, milestones, and critical path analysis using advanced scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and OPDEC.
- Integrate schedules from engineering, manufacturing, test, supply chain, quality, and subcontractor functions into a cohesive master schedule framework.
- Support establishment and ongoing maintenance of program baselines, conducting regular health checks and variance analysis on schedules.
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk identification, and what-if scenario assessments to support program leadership in proactive decision-making.
- Present schedule-based analysis and recommendations in program reviews, customer briefings, and internal management meetings.
- Ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements and integration of subcontractor and supplier schedules.
- Generate schedule metrics, dashboards, and summary products for reporting to leadership and customers.
- Assist with change management, baseline control, and adaptation to evolving program scope or execution conditions.
- Champion schedule discipline, challenging unrealistic plans, and advocating for achievable, data-driven scheduling practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong experience developing and managing integrated schedules for large-scale defense or aerospace programs.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project and OPDEC, along with deep knowledge of schedule logic, critical path methodology, and float analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate multi-disciplinary activities and supplier schedules into a unified program schedule.
- Experience supporting program controls, formal schedule reporting, and compliance with government or contractual requirements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present schedule impacts and performance insights to program leadership.
- Familiarity with development lifecycles, testing, manufacturing readiness, and milestone-based program execution.
- Active SECRET security clearance and proof of U.S. Citizenship, as required for security-sensitive positions.
- Experience in a Department of Defense environment, including knowledge of CDRLs, IMP/IMS concepts, or milestone reviews is preferred.
