- 7-10+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Proven experience as an A-Level or Master Technician
- Strong diagnostic and electrical systems expertise
- Experience using professional scan tools and accessing OEM/aftermarket repair data
- L1 Advanced Engine Performance certification highly preferred
- Experience with hybrid/EV and ADAS systems is a plus
- Professional tool set required
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles
- Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
- Certifications not required at hire; ongoing training and certification support available
- Expert-level diagnostic and repair skills across various vehicle systems
- Ability to lead and mentor less experienced technicians
