Marketing Specialist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager and Director to build and implement marketing strategies.
- Drive and oversee a variety of marketing activities, monitoring performance, and measuring results against goals.
- Take part in advertising campaigns, collateral development, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop and assess content to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Participate in event management and sponsorship, including planning and on-site support when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with organizational objectives.
- Utilize marketing analytics to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- Maintain and contribute to a comprehensive content library for marketing and proposal use.
- Assist with proposal development and RFP responses, leveraging systems such as Responsive and Workfront.
- Adapt to occasional travel and flexible scheduling to meet project and event needs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years professional marketing experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, liberal arts, healthcare, or a related discipline.

- Experience managing or contributing to a content library for marketing purposes.
- Proficiency in proposal development and RFP response preparation.
