Marketing Associate Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and personable Marketing Associate to join our State Farm Insurance Agency team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in executing the agency’s marketing strategy, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring effective outreach within the local community.
As a Marketing Associate, your main responsibilities will include identifying and coordinating attendance at networking and business-to-business events, ensuring that all agency locations are adequately stocked with marketing materials, and assisting with the management of the agency’s website and social media presence. You will work closely with the agent and other team members to deliver a consistent and professional brand message to current and potential clients. Success in this role requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a strong work ethic each day.
Responsibilities- Identify relevant networking and business events for team participation and coordinate attendance logistics.
- Represent the State Farm agency at local events to increase brand awareness and foster community relationships.
- Maintain inventory of marketing supplies and materials across all agency locations, ensuring consistent availability.
- Collaborate with the agent to update and manage website content and maintain an active social media presence.
- Demonstrate dedication to achieving marketing goals and supporting the agency’s growth initiatives.
