Marketing Coordinator Job DescriptionIDR is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a full-time position to support one of our top clients in Brentwood. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about marketing and possess strong project management skills. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of marketing initiatives within a collaborative and evolving team environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional and operational activities for private label and co-brand credit card programs.
- Work closely with internal partners and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing and merchandising activities, which include organizing promotional campaigns, designing cardholder offers, and managing lifecycle communication efforts.
- Track the progress of marketing initiatives and creative production timelines, proactively updating key stakeholders on the status of projects.
- Support the reporting of marketing performance by collecting and organizing relevant data to measure success and effectiveness.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing retail marketing projects.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for managing data, preparing presentations, and documenting project progress.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Asana or Ariba is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining project accuracy.
- Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
