Marine Documentation Specialist - Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for all marine documentation processes and office administration tasks.

- Process outgoing mail and shipments using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide administrative support to the marine department by preparing quotes, maintaining job folders, and assisting with related operational tasks.
