Manufacturing Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly and fabrication in accordance with engineering drawings, schematics, and build documentation
- Conduct wiring, cable harness fabrication, and battery system connections following technical specifications
- Execute preventive maintenance routines and replace consumable components to ensure equipment reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues encountered during production and maintenance cycles
- Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere strictly to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Work independently or as part of a team to achieve production targets and uphold quality standards
- Communicate effectively with engineering staff and supervisors regarding technical challenges and process improvements

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–6+ years of hands-on technical experience in manufacturing, assembly, or field service environments
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, crimping, and harness building
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, wiring diagrams, and build instructions
- Experience working in shop or production environments
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to safety protocols (PPE/LOTO)
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of an engineering team
