Key Responsibilities- Begin as a financial professional, learning to sell a full range of insurance and financial products while building trusted client relationships.
- Participate in a robust, year-long training program covering marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Meet established performance requirements to qualify for management advancement through the Accelerated Path to Management Program.
- Transition into a six-month intensive management training program designed to prepare you for a leadership role as a Field Manager.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop new financial professionals, guiding them to achieve their goals and succeed within the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of New York Life’s broad portfolio of products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products.
- Utilize digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools to attract and retain clients, leveraging web, social, and email content for business growth.
- Collaborate with experts and access ongoing support and resources to ensure client satisfaction and personal success.
- Sales or managerial experience in any industry is highly valued.
- Experience running your own business or holding an advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain securities licenses and FINRA registrations required before offering investment products (affiliation with NYLIFE Securities LLC as a registered representative necessary).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
