Responsibilities- Start your career as a financial professional, learning to identify client needs, sell financial products, and build strong client relationships.
- Utilize comprehensive training to master essential skills in marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Meet established performance requirements during your initial period as a financial professional to qualify for management track advancement.
- Participate in an intensive six-month management training program designed to prepare you for the responsibilities of a Field Manager – Financial Services (FINRA).
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of financial professionals, providing mentorship and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Leverage digital tools and resources to support sales, prospecting, and client retention efforts.
- Provide clients with solutions from a robust suite of products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products such as mutual funds.
- Maintain required securities licenses and FINRA registrations, and affiliate with NYLIFE Securities LLC as a registered representative to offer investment products.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and deliver high-quality service.
- Support the mission of New York Life by fostering financial well-being for individuals, families, and small businesses.
- Prior experience in sales, management, or business ownership preferred.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for client service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Eligibility to obtain relevant securities licenses and FINRA registrations.
