Responsibilities- Begin your career as a financial professional, learning to sell a diverse suite of insurance and investment products to individuals, families, and businesses.
- Engage in comprehensive training covering marketing, business development, and client relationship management.
- Build relationships with clients and provide tailored financial solutions, leveraging New York Life's product offerings such as life insurance, annuities, long-term care, disability income insurance, and investment products.
- Transition into a management role after meeting initial production and licensing requirements, including completion of a six-month intensive Associate Partner training program.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of financial professionals, supporting their success and professional growth within New York Life.
- Utilize advanced digital tools for sales prospecting, marketing, and communication to attract and retain clients.
- Maintain all necessary securities licenses and FINRA registrations, affiliating with NYLIFE Securities LLC as a registered representative for investment products.
- Prior sales, business management, or entrepreneurship experience is beneficial.
- Advanced education such as an MBA or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ambition, leadership potential, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on clients’ financial well-being.
- Ability to meet regulatory requirements for insurance and securities licensing, including FINRA registrations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for coaching and developing others.
