Key Responsibilities
- Start your career as a financial professional, supporting clients with a diverse range of financial solutions including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with individuals, families, and small businesses, helping them achieve their financial goals and security.
- Participate in an accelerated management training program, which includes a six-month intensive course designed to prepare you for a leadership role within the organization.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new financial professionals, guiding them to success in their own careers.
- Utilize advanced sales, marketing, and digital prospecting tools to grow your client base and support your team’s development.
- Comply with all industry regulations and maintain required securities licenses and FINRA registrations as necessary to offer investment products through NYLIFE Securities LLC.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong ethical standards and commitment to client service excellence.
- Continue to learn and grow in your role, with opportunities to advance to increasingly senior management positions based on your performance and leadership abilities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, management, or business ownership is highly desirable.
- Advanced degrees such as an MBA or equivalent are a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others achieve their financial objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Willingness to complete all necessary training and obtain relevant licenses and registrations (such as FINRA Series 6/7 and state insurance licenses).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
