In this full-time role, you will be tasked with ensuring the reliability and performance of complex equipment, such as Tayu vertical injection-molding cells, Kawasaki 6-axis robots, vibratory bowl feeders, camera vision systems, table cutters, and washer capping stations. The Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding will also be expected to maintain meticulous records, support quality assurance efforts, and implement safety best practices in all aspects of maintenance operations.

As a Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding, you will report directly to the maintenance supervisor and interact regularly with other technical staff, engineers, and production operators. - Utilize and maintain advanced automation components, including robotics, vibratory feeders, and vision systems.
- Deliver production on time by fine-tuning automation settings and restoring machines to standard after faults.
- Perform in-process quality checks using calipers and microscopes, updating records in NetSuite software.
- Support and implement safety protocols and participate in ongoing safety training initiatives.

- 3-4 years of experience in a maintenance technician role or related field, preferably in manufacturing or injection molding.
- Proven skills and hands-on experience with injection molding machinery and automated manufacturing systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and recordkeeping, including using measurement tools such as calipers and microscopes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
