As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supporting operational excellence by performing a broad range of maintenance and repair tasks. You will install and maintain plumbing fixtures, inspect and lubricate equipment, and carry out preventative maintenance activities. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, water pipes, and associated equipment. You will also contribute to the upkeep of building interiors by installing or repairing ceiling tiles, wall coverings, vinyl tile, carpet, cove base, window blinds, and signage. Additional responsibilities include addressing minor leaks in roofs, windows, and fountains to ensure the ongoing safety and comfort of building occupants.
