Maintenance Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Adhere to all GMP, sanitation, and food safety protocols, ensuring that all work meets company and industry regulations.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized before being returned to production.
- Accurately maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation of all work performed.
- Communicate equipment status and repair progress clearly with production supervisors and other team members.
- Request necessary parts, supplies, and technical support, maintaining an organized inventory of essential materials.
- Assist with the implementation of preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
