Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate compression molding presses and related production machinery
- Load raw materials into compression molds and safely remove finished components
- Monitor machine operation to ensure products meet established quality standards
- Inspect molded parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and overall quality
- Trim, finish, and prepare molded items for subsequent production stages
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues promptly to supervisors
- Read, interpret, and follow work orders, production schedules, and manufacturing specifications accurately
- Maintain accurate records of production output and related documentation
- Keep the work area neat, organized, and in compliance with all safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed daily production goals
