Machine Operator - Summary
- Operate automated production machinery in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing setting.

- Support the team with material loading, equipment changeovers, and troubleshooting.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery to manufacture electronic components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, and product specifications to perform manufacturing tasks accurately.
- Assist with loading materials onto machines and facilitate efficient production line changeovers.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical or process issues as they arise during operation.
- Perform quality checks and ensure all products meet company and industry standards.
- Document production quantities, downtime, and quality issues in production records.
- Follow all company safety procedures and electrostatic discharge (ESD) guidelines to protect sensitive electronic components.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or a related production environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and detailed work instructions.

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods throughout the work shift.
- Familiarity with IPC-610 standards is considered a plus.
