Key Responsibilities- Participate in online or in-person focus group studies, health research, or market research assignments as scheduled by the company.
- Engage actively in group discussions, sharing your honest opinions and experiences to help organizations improve their offerings.
- Test products or services when provided and be prepared to discuss your experiences prior to the scheduled meeting date.
- Complete all required pre-session questionnaires and eligibility surveys to qualify for each research panel.
- Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your session start time to ensure prompt participation.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions during focus group sessions to ensure accurate and valuable feedback is collected.
- Complete any additional surveys or feedback forms following each panel as requested.
- Access to a smartphone with a camera or a desktop/laptop with a functional webcam for online sessions.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless participation in remote activities.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to provide thoughtful and honest feedback.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
- Commitment to participate fully in assigned topics and panels as scheduled.
