Responsibilities- Participate in scheduled focus group studies, which may be conducted online or in person, depending on the assignment and your preference.
- Provide honest and thoughtful feedback on a variety of topics, products, or services as part of market research initiatives.
- Complete all necessary pre-study registrations and questionnaires to determine eligibility for specific assignments.
- Follow written and verbal instructions provided by the research facilitators to ensure accurate and meaningful participation.
- Engage actively in group discussions and share your perspectives clearly and respectfully with other participants.
- Arrive promptly, at least 10 minutes before each scheduled session, whether participating remotely or in person.
- Participate in surveys and other follow-up activities as required by each focus group panel.
- Test and use products and/or services provided before the session, as applicable, and be prepared to discuss your experiences during the meeting.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a camera or access to a desktop/laptop equipped with a webcam.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless participation in online sessions.
- Ability and willingness to engage fully in one or more assigned topics or research panels.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow both written and oral instructions accurately.
- Commitment to punctuality and professionalism in all scheduled focus group sessions.
- Comfort with completing both written and oral tasks as part of the participation process.
