The Linen Delivery Driver position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and courteous delivery and pickup of linen products to hospitals and other client locations. You will be expected to maintain a clean driving record, adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines, and follow all company policies and procedures. Linen Delivery Driver - Summary- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery and pickup of linens to and from healthcare and hospitality clients.
- Maintain professional appearance, adhere to uniform standards, and represent Core Linen Services with courtesy and integrity.
- Comply with all company and DOT safety regulations, including necessary documentation and reporting.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and report any service or satisfaction issues promptly.
- Load and unload linen carts at company and client locations, tagging and documenting each cart accordingly.
- Complete all required paperwork, logs, and daily reports accurately and submit as required.
- Weigh soiled linens correctly under each customer’s account and deliver to the appropriate area.
- Disinfect delivery vehicles after each pick-up of soiled linens to maintain hygiene standards.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
- Conduct and submit daily Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Follow all universal safety precautions and procedures, especially while handling soiled linens.
- Report mechanical issues promptly to the chief engineer or supervisor.
- Follow all company attendance policies and maintain punctuality.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support laundry operations and client satisfaction.

- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and MVR background check.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 700 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
