Responsibilities
- Educate clients on life insurance products and options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
- Assess client requirements to recommend appropriate life insurance policies and coverage amounts.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the agency team to achieve marketing and sales goals.
- Maintain a proactive and ethical work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to daily success and client service.
- Stay informed on product changes, industry trends, licensing requirements, and continuing education.
- Provide timely, thorough activity reports to the agency management.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer service and support agency initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
- Ability to commute to and work from the Colleyville, TX office location (in-office position).
- Knowledge of life insurance products and the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to providing accurate, timely client support.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and goal achievement.
- Capacity to work effectively within a team environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred but not required.
- Able to learn and utilize various computer functions and software relevant to the role.
