- Participate actively in lead generation initiatives, referral programs, and community outreach efforts to expand the agency’s client base and strengthen relationships.
- Support marketing strategies such as digital campaigns and in-person events to enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records using established State Farm systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through regular follow-up, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and policy retention.
