Licensed Plumber (PL01/PL02) - Summary- Deliver residential and light commercial plumbing services, emphasizing technical excellence and customer care.

- Independently complete all aspects of each plumbing service, resolving most calls in a single visit.
- Handle a broad range of residential and light commercial plumbing tasks, including fixture installation, water heater repair and replacement, leak detection and repair, water service line maintenance, and repiping projects.
- Maintain technical proficiency in service plumbing, focusing on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentices, providing guidance as a technical resource and offering hands-on learning opportunities for those pursuing their own licenses.
- Maintain a well-stocked, organized company vehicle and minimize unplanned supply trips, ensuring efficiency and timely job completion.
