Licensed Plumber - Summary- Provide skilled plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair services in residential and light commercial properties as a Licensed Plumber.
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive, family-oriented team.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance with all relevant plumbing codes and regulations.
- Handle on-call rotations (including nights and weekends) to ensure timely emergency service coverage.
- Uphold AirWorks’ commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water heaters, faucets, toilets, pipes, drains, and water filtration units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing clear and effective repair or replacement solutions to customers.
- Interact professionally with customers to explain work performed, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Document services and maintain accurate records within the company CRM system.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed, providing after-hours and emergency plumbing services.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance in residential and light commercial environments.
- Valid plumbing license required.
- Additional certifications (such as Backflow Prevention, OSHA) are a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and local plumbing codes.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for effective customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, crawlspaces, and attics, and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
- Attention to detail in both technical and administrative aspects of plumbing work.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including on-call rotations for nights and weekends.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance.
- Proven track record as a Licensed Plumber with experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
- Detail-oriented approach to all plumbing tasks and service documentation.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules or emergency calls.
