Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Insurance Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:
1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our Goodyear, AZ office location. This is an in-office position.
3. Must have insurance experience in customer service and/or sales.

Position Overview: This role is 85% service and 15% sales. You must be able to pivot from the service task to other product lines that our customers need. Things such as life insurance, disability insurance, Google reviews for the agency, asking for referrals from existing customers, offering our investment services, etc.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Possess the ability to take care of customer service needs and pivot to other product lines.
