Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C, Life & Health) Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join our remote team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for professionals with prior State Farm experience who are licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance. As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in driving business growth, delivering value-based conversations, and providing a remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring consistent and timely follow-up as needed.
- Engage in customer-focused, needs-based conversations to educate clients about available insurance options and guide them in selecting suitable coverage.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain a commitment to daily success and operational excellence.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Answer phone calls and greet clients professionally, providing courteous and effective communication at all times.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Provide timely, thorough activity reports to the agent and maintain accurate client records.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing updates, technical developments, and required continuing education.
Qualifications
- Prior State Farm experience is required.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Active Life and Health insurance license is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication abilities.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing company computer systems and software applications.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving business goals.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
