Key Responsibilities- Develop leads and schedule appointments to expand customer outreach and maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products and services that align with those needs.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring follow-up and ongoing engagement as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to provide the best solutions for clients.
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Active Life & Health license.
- Authorization to sell insurance in TN, AL, NC, FL, and GA.
- Prior experience with State Farm is preferred but not required.
- Experience in insurance sales or a successful track record in sales (such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, offering enhanced customer support and communication.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas is advantageous.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively relate to customers in diverse situations.
