Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs for insurance products and services.
- Market and sell appropriate insurance products, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health policies.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance quotas as set by the agency.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of State Farm insurance products and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared agency goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Active Life & Health license required.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Strong ability to relate to customers and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.
