Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) Job OverviewSteffens Insurance Group is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a key role in connecting with prospective and existing clients, assessing their insurance needs, and presenting them with appropriate coverage options. This position is ideal for individuals with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service within the insurance industry. Prior experience in insurance sales and an active Property & Casualty license are required to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and successfully close sales.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and support as their insurance needs evolve.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a consistent commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for financial services with both existing and prospective clients, expanding the agency’s reach and impact.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Life & Health insurance license is a plus; candidates should be willing and able to obtain if not already held.
- Demonstrated history of trustworthiness, reliability, and ethical conduct in professional settings.
- Exceptional communication abilities, including written, verbal, and active listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport and managing client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and determined to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.
